Our aim is to provide the best facilities and experience in the Hinckley and Nuneaton area from which to obtain advice and veterinary care for your pets.
The Hollycroft Veterinary Centre is both owned and staffed by experienced, qualified Veterinary Surgeons. Based in Hinckley and serving Nuneaton and the surrounding areas, Hollycroft Vet Centre has been providing the area with experienced vets for over 60 years. Our veterinary centre in Hinckley, based on Hollycroft Estate, is ideally positioned to provide our customers with the best possible service, with plenty of off-street parking, and a large waiting room including private facilities for if your animal friend is feeling a little shy.
Animals are at the heart of our business, and our vets want to do their best by your pets. We're not restricted by any corporate business and we have no commission based targets to meet; we simply focus on providing your pet with the best possible care. As pet lovers ourselves, we understand how much your furry friends mean to you.
If you're looking to find a vet in Hinckley or Nuneaton, look no further than our friendly, experienced team. As well as having a love for animals, our staff also possess all the relevant qualifications required to carry out veterinary work, and are registered with the Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons. As well as regular veterinary services, we also offer emergency vet services throughout the area, available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year
Our veterinarians can provide a wide range of veterinary services, including vet home visits throughout Hinckley and Nuneaton, prescriptions, grooming and micro chipping. All services will be carried out to the same high standard with your pet's comfort as the main priority. To find out more about our service or book an appointment, call 01455 616012 or contact us online.
Payment must be made at time, this is necessary to keep costs down, as we are a small business, and do not employ people to collect and manage accounts.
Payment can be made by cash, debit card, and all major credit cards. We can also take payment over the phone if that is more suitable. We do not now accept cheques.
Where pets are left with us, then payment can be made on collection.
Default on payment will result in administration charges being added. We do not spread the cost of bad debtors to our paying clients.
Where there is a genuine problem with money, then this must be discussed at the earliest opportunity, certainly before treatment is given.
Insurance claims work on payment to ourselves initially, claiming back the cost from the Insurance company. This must be done as we are no longer allowed to liaise with your insurance company, and cannot in most cases obtain policy details to assess if cover in place. Because of this, there is now no charge made to fill in and check insurance forms.
